An international hotel group with an established brand standard and a six-month delivery window. The scope covered loose furniture, custom joinery, carpets, lighting, and metal decoration — coordinated as a single sourcing package rather than parallel supplier tracks.

The critical decision was the material palette: walnut veneer and solid wood against fire-rated laminates finished in wood, fabric, and leather grain — resolved alongside imported leather, cotton-linen, and velvet upholstery, all certified to hospitality fire standards. Engineered stone, custom brushed brass and champagne-finish metalwork, and fire-rated foam throughout seating rounded out the specification, settled at sample stage before production began.
